Eminem will headline Glasgow Summer Sessions on Thursday 24th August 2017 at Bellahouston Park, Glasgow.
Support will come from Run the Jewels, Danny Brown, and Russ. Atlanta’s Killer Mike and New York’s El-P formed politically-charged hip hop super-group Run the Jewels in 2013, and have released three critically acclaimed albums since. Danny Brown exploded onto the Detroit scene in the mid-2000s, releasing his debut album ‘The Hybrid’ in 2010, and has also collaborated with Eminem. Russ, from Atlanta, recently signed to Columbia Records and released his single ‘What They Want’ which has since gone gold in the US charts. Glasgow Summer Sessions is sure, once again, to provide fans with an afternoon and evening of fantastic music and memories.
Geoff Ellis, Head of DF Concerts, said, "We're delighted to announce that Eminem will be returning to play Glasgow Summer Sessions. His performance at Bellahouston Park in 2013 was spectacular, so I have no doubt this will be one of the gigs of the year. Joining him on the bill are Run The Jewels,  Danny Brown and Russ with Glasgow once again taking centre stage as a destination for the world’s biggest artists.“
Tickets for Glasgow Summer Sessions will go on sale at 10am on Friday 10th March via or by calling 08444 999 990

Reading and Leeds have confirmed Eminem as the final headliner for this year’s festivals, taking place on 25 – 27 August 2017 at Richfield Avenue, Reading and Bramham Park, Leeds.  Tickets are available here.

Consistently seen as one of the greatest rappers of all time, Eminem is not only a titan in hip-hop but in modern culture itself. One of the biggest selling artists of the 21st century, his razor-sharp wit and impeccable larger than life anthems continue to defy boundaries, with the likes of ‘Lose Yourself’, ‘My Name Is’, ’Not Afraid' and ‘The Monster’ all storming charts and record collections around the world. His return to Reading and Leeds marks an extremely rare opportunity to witness an icon in the flesh, with a set that’ll add another legendary chapter to the story of Eminem.

Melvin Benn commented: “Eminem returning to Reading and Leeds is beyond exciting. His 2013 headline performance was incredible and I can’t want to have him back. In addition to our third and final headliner (joining Kasabian and Muse) we’ve announced over 70 additional acts to this year’s line up - it’s looking stronger than ever.”

Few collaborative efforts are as natural a fit in time, place and sensibility as the joined efforts of Eminem and Carhartt.  Over the past few years, the Detroit area titans have teamed up to release special edition items and use the proceeds for charitable efforts.  This most recent Black Friday collaboration marks the launch of the E13 brand, created to continue the tradition of pride and authenticity born out of this relationship.  The first installment of the new brand partnership will premiere online at Eminem dot com and features a hoodie, beanie and t-shirt.  This initial limited offering will be available online just this once and in select Carhartt retail stores only at a later date.  E13:  Pride Unlimited.

All proceeds from this campaign will be donated by the Marshall Mathers Foundation and Carhartt to support the Verses Project, dedicated to fostering literacy through songwriting.
